What we keep
- Your name and WhatsApp number, which you type on the order form.
- Your email address, which you enter on the payment page.
- Your orders: what you ordered, when and where you collected, and what you paid.
- Your tiramisù card: how many tiramisù you’ve bought, and any free-tiramisù codes you’ve earned.
- Gift cards: the buyer’s email, plus the names and message written on the card.
We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
Why we keep it
- To make your order and hand it to the right person.
- To send your confirmation, collection details and a reminder on the day, by email and WhatsApp.
- To run the tiramisù card: buy 10 tiramisù and your next one is free.
- To keep the sales records a business is required to keep.
We don’t sell your details or pass them to anyone for advertising.
Who helps us handle it
- Stripe takes the payment.
- Cloudflare hosts the ordering system and stores the order records.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- WhatsApp carries the messages we send you.
This site has no advertising or tracking cookies. To save you retyping, your browser remembers your name and number on your own device; clearing this site’s data in your browser removes them. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
How long we keep it
- Your tiramisù card and order history: for as long as you’re a customer, or until you ask us to remove them.
- The details of an upcoming order: until a week after you collect it.
- Payment and sales records: for as long as tax law requires, which in Ireland is six years.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to remove it. Removing it deletes your tiramisù card and order history, including any tiramisù you’ve collected towards a free one. We keep only the payment records the law requires.
To ask, message us on WhatsApp or email info@thetiramisulab.ie. If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your details, you can also contact the Data Protection Commission.
